At Ma French Cream, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us by email within 14 days of delivery

  2. Wait for return instructions and confirmation

  3. Send the product back within 14 days of approval

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  • Check your bank or card provider

  • Contact your payment provider (Stripe)

  • Then contact us if the issue persists
