  • Selected international destinations

Available shipping destinations and rates are displayed at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

  • European Union: [4–10 business days]

  • International: [7–20 business days]

Delivery times do not include processing time.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on:

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments outside the European Union:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

  • Ma French Cream is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

6. Order Tracking

7. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
Ma French Cream cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged package and product

We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal by the recipient

We may issue a refund minus shipping costs, or reship the order at the customer’s expense.
